Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy that requires post-graduate training. Pelvic physical therapists evaluate and treat the musculoskeletal disorders that occur in both men and women throughout their lifespan in and around the pelvic region. This includes treatment for pain or dysfunction of the bowel, bladder, reproductive organs, perineal region, and any musculoskeletal problem in or around the region of the pelvis. At Primus Physical Therapy, treatments are 1 on 1 with your Physical Therapist for 60 minutes, in a private treatment room.
