We are experts in treating a variety of musculoskeletal disorders providing individualized treatment programs for each of our patients. Our treatment focus uses a combination of skilled manual techniques in conjunction with a specialized exercise program to help optimize recovery and prevent re-injury. We recognize the importance of providing one-on-one care and this is reflected in our patients' positive outcomes and overall satisfaction. Some of the conditions we provide care for include:

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger point dry needling (TDN) is a neuromuscular technique to address muscle tightness and spasms. This approach is used to manage musculoskeletal pain and mobility dysfunction for a variety of conditions such as compressed nerves, decreased mobility, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, and carpal tunnel syndrome, among many others. An assessment is performed by our trained physical therapists to determine if this approach is suitable for you. We will review your mobility, strength, and neurologic status to analyze the likelihood of achieving the desired outcome.

Functional Movement Screens

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a ranking screen that documents movement patterns in order to identify functional movementlimitations and asymmetries. Low FMS scores have been directly correlated with sport related injuries. Often, a problem in one area of your body is being caused by an impairment in another area of your body. For instance, knee problems can be related to impairments in the spine, hip, or ankle.  Once these movement limitations are identified, they can be treated utilizing corrective and strengthening exercises. The FMS is used widely throughout professional sports including the NFL and NBA to screen athletes and then develop treatment/training programs to decrease risk of injury.
